Residential Construction Electrical and Plumbing Systems

WestCore Ltd. has successfully installed electrical and plumbing systems into many different types of residential construction projects from single family dwellings to large condominium and townhouse developments. WestCore now includes a Structured Cable division to handle the complex installation of data lines and systems.

Inn of the Sea
WestCore Services provided full electrical and mechanical services for the new Inn of the Sea vacation condominiums, due to open May 1, 2008. The project included installation of a heated tile floor, using the Warmly Yours system constructed in conjunction with City Tile in Nanaimo.
Pacific Gardens CoHousing Project - Nanaimo, BC
Westcore's Nanaimo branch has been selected as the electrical and mechanical contractor for the innovative Pacific Gardens CoHousing project in Nanaimo. Shown above is the start of constuction while the two images below are architectural drawings of the project design. Learn about cohousing.
Mosiac Condominium Project -Kamloops, BC
Westcore's Kamloops division is handling all the electrical installation for Mosaic, a 30-unit, luxury condominium project in Kamloops. Below right is another view of the almost complete project and below left is the main box for the electrical distribution system installed by Westcore.
Rega Properties - Meredith Courts - Nanaimo, BC
Westcore's Nanaimo division is installing electrical services for a 78-unit condominium project by Rega Properties. Above, the project, Meredith Courts, is taking shape. Kookaburra Lodge , Sun Peaks Ski Resort
Westcore's Sun Peaks/Kamloops division was selected as the electrical contractor for the Farrell Family's Kookaburra Lodge in Sun Peaks ski resort. This multi-unit project combines resort homes with investment opportunities. Construction is at the mid-way point and units are now selling. Click for more information.
Settlers Crossing, Sun Peaks Ski Resort
WestCore Services in Kamloops provided the electrical systems for the new Settlers Crossing recreational condominium development at Sun Peaks Ski Resort. Strathcona Estates, Nanaimo
The 35-unit Strathcona Estates townhouse development in Nanaimo drew on WestCore for installation of both electrical and plumbing systems.
Conradi Building - Tofino, BC
WestCore did both electrical and plumbing installations for the 10,000 square foot Conradi Building in Tofino. The building combines both residential and commercial use.
